Fully designed, tested and certified in Europe, the ATMX150RHA is a mixed-signal technology product that provides high-performance and high-density solutions for aerospace and defense applications. The ATMX150RHA covers digital products and expands them to 22 million gates with a comprehensive library of standard logic and I/O cells.
The ATMX150RHA simplifies the design of mixed-signal ASICs with a qualified set of analog IP such as voltage regulators, voltage references and supervisory devices, clock synthesizers and signal conditioners. The ATMX150RHA is the technology behind our SAMRH71 and SAMRH707 family of rad-hard microcontrollers.
Availability of 5V to 1.8V regulator and 5V tolerant IO allows easy relocation of obsolete or end-of-life ASICs with 5V core supply. The ATMX150RHA also offers some high voltage possibilities, and some LDMOS transistors radiating up to 25V, which is useful for power management applications.
Additionally, the Physical Design Kit (PDK) enables customers to develop their own analog blocks and use Microchip's Space Multi-Project Wafer (SMPW) service.
